Cypress Lakes Lodge is the premier location in the Houston area offering inpatient rehab treatment for those who are abusing or using drugs or alcohol. We provide a setting that is both welcoming and safe as we assist you in getting your life back on the right track.
We have trained substance addiction and abuse experts who fashion an individualized treatment plan for problem drinkers and drug users. We are never judgmental. Our goal is to carefully steer you away from unhealthy behavior patterns and show you a better way to reconnect with those who love you.
The Lodge is staffed by individuals who believe that a break from life’s stresses is the first step toward recovery from drug and alcohol-related issues. To that end, we have created an oasis where you can focus on healing and wellness. Our East Texas location is a place where you’ll be able to reflect on what’s causing you to overindulge in harmful substances.
Our guests take advantage of the Lodge's gorgeous, natural backdrop. They reconnect with nature as they determine what has been troubling them and how to remove those triggers when they return from their stay with us. We explore past traumas at your own pace. We’re confident that we can restore you to a state of mental and physical equilibrium where you will feel more equipped to tackle your daily routine without resorting to old habits.
Drug and alcohol issues are not insurmountable, and these substances do not have to control you anymore. Regardless of underlying hereditary proclivities or longtime behaviors, change is always possible.
A stay at Cypress Lakes Lodge is a way for you to reclaim your life. You don’t have to think about rehab as coming with any kind of stigma. Taking control of your choices is often the first step toward more understanding and meaningful relationships with your family and friends, so don’t wait any longer.
We have given support to people from all over including Houston, Lufkin, Jasper, Livingston, Corrigan, Beaumont, Conroe, The Woodlands, Huntsville and more.
Mind fulfills the aspect of engagement needed to begin any active recovery treatment program; clients need to be fully engaged and have the right mindset to participate and succeed. We work first by developing an open mind to recovery treatment; those that are open to accepting the possibilities of treatment progress quickly since they have the desire to remove all obstacles within themselves, allowing therapies and integrative methods to take effect. Mindfulness is a key component to this side of our holistic approach that will come after a full detox has been completed. Mindfulness will teach our clients to listen to their body, learn to release stresses and to understand where these powerful feelings of addiction come from.
Body practices begin after we engage in mindfulness exercise that coincides with individual recovery treatment therapies and group fitness classes. We offer clients active engagement to put their body to work and to find the balance between awareness and physical connection. Clients that find mind and body connections learn how their addiction affects the mind and body in addition to how they feel with a clearer mind and rejuvenated body. In addition to the physical side of reawakening the body, we offer nutritional counseling complete with dietician designed meal plans to support body movement and filter toxins throughout the recovery process.
Spirit connection comes after we have conditioned the mind and body through mindfulness and physical fitness practices. As the body and mind build a solid basis for connection and healthy understanding, the spirit will open to all the positive aspects treatment recovery can offer when we are free from the grasp of drugs, alcohol, and addictive behaviors. The spirit connection is harvested and nurtured as we build upon our spiritual beliefs that will anchor us to what makes us human, fallible and completely open to recovery. We offer our clients the flexibility to explore any mode of spiritual practice they desire, no matter the classification or belief in a higher power. When the spirit is fed, the body and mind are in sync; you will not believe the progress you will make. This combination of mind, body and spirit is complete holistic synergy at its best.
